Pink Lady Mixology from Pierre de Segonzac

Ingredients: 20 ml (¾ oz) VSOP cognac 10 ml (¼ oz) raspberry liqueur 90 ml (3 oz) Champagne 1 raspberry Procedure: Pour the cognac and the liqueur into the glass, fill with chilled Champagne. Garnish it with raspberry.
