Orders: The Buyer may make an order for goods from HFW by any or all of the following means. Online, email, phone, fax, regular mail. The placement of an order is deemed to be acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in this document. The buyer is responsible to ensure that all details supplied relating to the order are accurate.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order or part of your order before the order has been dispatched by HFW. You will not be charged for cancelled orders nor will you be charged a cancellation fee. However, once the order has been dispatched you are unable to cancel it.

HFW also reserves the right to cancel your order if:

It is against the law in Australia to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years and therefore buyers, in placing their order, acknowledge that they meet this legal requirement. The placement of any order is conditional on the buyer being in full compliance with the relevant laws and customs in place in the BUYERS country at the time the order is placed. In particular, you must obey the laws regarding the purchase of alcohol by minors (those under the legal drinking age of their country). HFW supports the policies regarding drinking in moderation and only selling alcohol to those of legal age.

A contract shall exist between HFW and the Buyer once HFW has received and processed payment for the order. Products will not be despatched until payment has been cleared.

HFW may use private couriers to deliver products within Australia. While we monitor their activity and expect a reasonable level of conduct, we cannot be responsible for their actions, delays or losses. The product is generally despatched uninsured, but as a customer service, we will generally replace lost or damaged orders, if a secure delivery address was given. Insurance can be arranged at the customers request.

All prices on all order forms and lists are inclusive of the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices are subject to change and HFW reserves the right to apply the current prices to all orders received.

HFW guarantees the product for any defects caused in the manufacture and packaging of the product. Please contact us on email [email protected] for assistance. We reserve the right to either replace or refund.
