In oak (25% new barrels) for 12 months followed by 3 -6 months in steel vats to stabilise.
Deep red. Aromas of fresh fruit that alters with age to chocolate and peppers. Full bodied and well balanced.
14 – 16 degrees. Decanting suggested. Pairs well with traditional dishes of roast and strong cheeses.
