1 year on average in oak followed by several months in steel vats to stabilise.
Ruby red. Aromas of red fruits and black currant. Fresh on the palate with peppery notes. Soft tannins.
14 – 16 degrees. Decanting suggested. When young ideal with meat such as rib of beef/filet mignon. As it ages pair with dishes with spicy sauces.
