Prestige cuvee made from Grenacheplanted 1910. Biodynamic principles. Wild yeast fermentation. Malolactic fermentation & maturation in aged French oak for 30 months. Bottled without filtration.
Deep garnet. Aromas of black fruits, plum pudding & warm spices. Full bodied and velvety palate with dark berry flavours evolving to coffee and black forest cake. Excellent balance and length.
17 degrees. Decant. Enjoy with braised venison, slow cooked lamb, mature cheeses or rich chocolate desserts.
