Deep garnet. Aromas of black fruits and warm spices. Full bodied pallet with flavours of cherry/blackberry evolving to roasted coffee notes. Well balanced with elegant finish.
17 degrees. Decant. Enjoy with dishes like pheasant terrine, wild mushroom risotto, slow roasted joints, lamb, mature cheeses and chocolate dessert.
